Moving Expenses can be deductible
For moves within or to the US, including moving and storing goods for up to 30 days after being moved, a deduction can be taken providing the move was at least 50 miles more than the distance from the old job location and the new one. And the employee must work for at least 39 weeks following the move at the job.
